help please

hey people well lately ive been having these sensaions about the 2012 war and theve been making me wanna use my abbilitys to kill all those in the upcoming 2012 now i told my freand this and he said that i have an evil to me that if i gain control of it i can use it for power to save those in 2012 being attacked and this energy could result in a massive limit break or energy flux since he said the anger energy in me he sensed was huge so i need a spell r an execise to learn to take control of the angry energy (if you disagree in the 2012 theory dont post your opinion on it please)

Ground for several hours. I do recommend grounding maybe not for hours but grounding should help. Also keep your mind off of 2012.
