3 Wish Wpell

I have a question about the 3 Wish Wpell. What I want to know is where about do you say what you wish for or can you just add your wish at the end of so make my wish come true

Don't know of this spell but wishes like any spell have to be somewhat realistic, you can't wish to look like Scarlett Johansson and wake up looking like her. There should be a spot where you say it [like 'make my wish of (insert wish) come true] or you visualize your wish comming true, or you write it down. As I said I don't know the spell, but that's usually how it goes. Think of making a wish on your birthday, you don't say it out loud but you shut your eyes, focus on your wish, and blow out the candles. The key is to really visualize your wish. [And of course charge energy and focus]
