need help, astral project

hey everyone i need hige big time need in help well ive been trying to astral projecting and ive been meditating and stuf but i cant seem to do it so i need help. someone who answers y emails or can meditate me but not face to face and soomeone who can help me astral project as i am not doing it im not afraid i just cant do it so someone please help

I am a master of astral projection and have been doing it for 10 years but mastered it two years ago.
message me your questions but here's a tip.
first start to relax, meditate for a while and then focus on your body being a iron cage and your trapped in it.
focus on your soul in the cage being you.
afterwards focus on the soul [you] squeezing through the bars [leaving your body] and your soul being free of the cage [body] .
it will not work the first couple of times but with practice and the will to leave your body...it will eventually work.
