7 Chakras

In this thread I will post up the 7 chakras and what they do. These chakras are apart of the 7 main nervious system. Each one has a specific reason, so please pay attention.

Crown Chakra- This chakra regulates the universal energies to the other chakras, if you open this chakra it will be easier. This chakra is located at the top of your head.

Brow Chakra (Third-Eye Chakra)- This chakra is the regulator of the hormones, which activates when you are sleeping, this chakra is known to help your abilities to learn, altheltic, and many other things, this chakra is located in between the two brows.

Throat Chakra- This chakra helps communicate better, this chakra is located by the thyroid gland.

Heart Chakra- This chakra helps our ability to feel emotion, this chakra is located in the heart.

Solar Plexus Chakra- This helps us with our confidence and the abilty to be in-control of our lives, this chakra is locate in the upper-abdomin area.

Sacral Chakra- This helps with our acceptance of others, this chakra is locate in the lower abdomin area.

Root Chakra- This chakra helps with our foundation to the grounds, this help also stimulate energy from the earth, this chakra is located in the tail bone.

it should be noted you should start at the root and work your way up. the root chakra grounds us. starting y opening the crown could result in you being overwhelmed and lost. also, don't focus on one chakra. when starting out, i do suggest many people focus on one at a time, spending each session opening the same chakra without trying to balance the others can make the energy in your body pool and reap negative effects [just as having a closed chakra would] the energy needs to flow unobstructed through your body. a closed root chakra can leave you on edge, while a fully opened third eye could cause migraines.

there are many other ways, but meditation is the most common method. study the chakras and you should come across activities, crystals, food, colours and even sounds that can help you open them.

Oh my word, this was so long ago, some people believe that the Chakras are already opened, you just need to learn how to use them and "inhance" their abilities.
