Dang Jewish Witches showing up us regular witches.

All joking aside a curse is a curse, the energy comes from the same place regardless of the witches title. Anyway, cleanse, protect, and ignore. Curses get stronger with belief, it could be very possible this witch just said they cursed your friend, and your friend took unrelated events as proof there was a curse. This caused worry and fear, which welcomed negativity, and unknowingly to your friend, she cursed herself.

If you are all worried, cleanse yourself [sea salt bath, visualize the water washing away dark tar like energy stuck to you and when you pull the plug taking the energy far away.] Then cast a protection spell, and move on. Daily shielding can also help, but don't worry about curses.

What curse is it? What you do depends on the curse. Try a cleansing. If that doesn't work, try a banishment. I don't know much about curses. I put some of my opnions.

Brysing does have a valid point. A curse bothers you if you let it.

This sounded so interesting to me. It seems like there is so much fear in this situation.

I have found it to be true if you believe in the curse then you make it true. Also I made myself believe that there was not a curse by burning sage and sandalwood. Its in a recipe for breaking curses from a spell book that I have by Scott Cunningham.

I was outdoors when I used it but the recipe states to burn it by an open window and visualize it banishing all negativity. I had success while burning it and visualizing the smoke carrying away the negative influences. I also always have rocks and crystals with me and they absorb negativity. Smokey Quartz is the best for that. Or you may have her carry or wear obsidian. What ever is easiest and available.

The caster is Jewish, but her name is Christian. Literally. She is named Christian. I did a lot of research into it, and witchcraft is actually rather common among the Jewish community. I have never come across someone quite like her and she is not using good magic. She put some kind of spell on my friend's co-worker to basically make him a "lovesick puppy" and let her get away with not doing any work while my friend gets yelled at for doing all the work. I am not powerful enough to do any kind of magic that will even phase her. If a few of my friends and I worked together, would that make us more powerful and be able to stop or bind her?

She keeps the fact she is magic hidden. I knew what she was right away. but she is good. she has a black cat familiar and it is always around. My friend is about to get fired/quit and they are scared of this girl as well.

I'm never heard of a Jewish witch before. If I were you,I'd bind her,use a cleasnsing/healing spell on her victims, and teach her to back off with a revenge spell of sorts. If that doesn't work, you can bind her powers for good or destroy her.

This post rather amuses me. Rose seems to make a point of a Jew being named Christian; as though no Jew can be a Christian.
I'll let you into a secret,Rose; the first Christian was a Jew! In fact, all the early Christians were Jews. The Disciples were all Jews. St Paul was a Jew. Everyone named in the New Testament were Jews. The first Pope,St Peter, was a Jew.
Many people would say that Jesus practiced witchcraft; and he was most certainly a Jew!

In regards to what Blad and Spirit said, and going off what Brysing said, there are people who would say that Christians unknowling (or knowingly) practice witchcraft. By praying, which some say is like a spell. You are asking a god or higher power for something. Or just thanking that said higher power. Singing songs of praise. I have even heard arguementa that Psalms is nothing more than christian spells.

Both spells, and some prayers (not all), are really ritual wishes. The difference being that a prayer is asking for help, whereas a spell is seeking a result from a do-it-yourself operation.
Just sitting in a church, and reciting a prayer, is nothing like a spell, because there is no ritual involved.
But, if a devout Catholic enters a church, buys a small candle, lights it from the other candles on the rack, and then says a prayer; then they have, in fact, cast a spell. They are just not aware of it!
But then, all religions have, at least, some aspects of witchcraft/magic.
