I have a friend that has bad anxiety attacks she won't tell her mom because worried to make her more worried then she already is and my friend thinks that no Magick can even come close to healing her because their so bad any spells/rituals/potions/charms that I can use to get rid off/ decrease them?
Hi im Kayla i am just like that i have an anxiety disorder when i was about 12 i had gotten depression from it theres no real cure for anxiety your friend just has to learn to live with it like i did i go to therapy for it.It really does help other ways of coping with it is concentrate on breathing or tell yourself that you will get through whats making that person anxious hope thats helpful

If your friend doesn't believe in it, then it might not be able to find its way in.
If she gives it a benefit of the doubt, then I suspect that the physical/situational anxiety can be mirrored in the magic otherworld by a missing piece in the soul that was torn off during a traumatic event. Shamanists call these "soul-shards", so it's not so much a spell as an action to retrieve that soul-shard and return it...which is more complicated than a spell.
It can also be mirrored in the magic otherworld by blockages in the energy body. Gray hematite is great at magnetizing those out.
But, if the source of all the anxiety in the first place is in the not-magic world, then that's like ladling water out of an overflowing bucket when the better thing to do is turn off the tap. Turning off the tab being, like everyone above said, proper therapy.
Physical activity helps anxiety as well as riding ones self of what is causing it. Some people use teas, but I believe professional aid would be best given your age. Sometimes doctors simply recommend counseling other times medication.
Personally, I only use pharmaseutical drugs as a last resort.
This may not be a permanent solution but I've used this for friends a well as myself. Here is a list of what you'll need:
something to boil water in
A tea ball
St john's sort
First boil the water.
As the water boils, mix the herbs together in the tea ball
Once water reaches a boil, pour it into the mug
next put the tea ball with herbs inside of it into the mug of hot water.
Give the muxture a few minutes to steep as the water cools.
It will be a brownish color when its ready. You can add sugar or honey for flavoring and its best to drink it while its still warm.
the effects should be instant.
Also, wearing a hematite ring will help. Hematite absorbs and grounds negative energy.
Carrying or wearing a piece of natural cut citrine crystal will also help. Citrine had the ability to convert negative energy into positive.

I have a chronic anxiety disorder and although I do take medication prescribed by a doctor I've found that magick has helped me greatly especially meditation and being outside in a peaceful environment
some things you can do
carry a moonstone or amethyst it can be a piece of jewelry such as a ring or necklace or just a stone
burn lavender candles or vanilla candles with a chant added
burn lavender incense
drink lavender tea
