need to make a tulpa

any help for it guys. i need serious help.

look into thoughtforms, they're similar right? you basically need to visualize and pool your energy. i think you should start with shielding, grounding/centering/charging, and visualization in order to make one. never made a tulpa or thoughtform myself however, but since you're working with energy, focus on various energy techniques, eventually you should be able to pool energy into a tulpa.
