Magickal charm

I am creating a magickal charm out of a necklace chane and a ring. Is there anything else thet I have to do to make it a charm. Do i have to charge it with something? Like nature or my own energy. Sorry if this sounds ridiculous but I have never worked with charms and magickal items. Please help if you can!

charm making is hard. you have to charge it with nature or your own energy. and it matters on what kind of charm you want to make.

like choas said you need to charge it with nature or your own energies... a good time to charge it is during meditation when your trying to make your energy flow, and as for charging it another way you could preform a charging ritual... heres a good site
