Well for me now im focusing on my connection to the earth trying to establish a sort of link to it but its not like you may think its horrible to feel things dying in the forest that i cant control

Welcome. Learn the basics. Familiarize yourself with site rules and practice. Sounds to me as if you may want to study sheilding. But only you know your limits.
