What is a moon child? I know that can mean someone born under the sign of Cancer, but is there another meaning? I'm not born under the sign of Cancer but still have been told i'm a moon child, have a special connection to the moon. Is there an explanation or anywhere I can research or does anyone have an answer? I would greatly appreciate it, everything i'm looking up says it has to do with the sign of Cancer.

Moon child can be mentioned to those who are born under blessings of God/Goddesses who wears a crescent moon on their head. In hindu mythology the Supreme God Shiva and Her holiness Bala are seemed wearing a crescent moon on their head.
