All I can tell you right now is meditate and see what that helps, remember breathe deeply in through your mouth and out your nose; Also know that you should make them even. Relaxing your body to ease your mind try focusing on one thing.
I agree with the above, meditate, yoga,anything to help with concentaration and breathing.
Try small chants so you only concentrate for a small amount of time.
