problems of a beginner

i have some problems in making a shield,
and i cant cast any spells till i leran how to get my energy out.
please help me

Iam not a pro but some tips for shield imagine a yellow circle around you and you protected to releasr the energy just imagine blue thing flowing all you body and centering at palms then let energy flow into air and form circle

Grounding and centering yourself will surely increase your concerntration and boost your energy. Try the tree roots going to the core of the earth and ask mother nature for energy and branches growing out of you up into space asking the universe for energy while imagining white light filling your body do this until you feel like you've gotten enough.

Another grounding technique is breathing deeply and imagining a golden white light spirling clockwise through you crown, third eye, heart, sacral, and root chakras to you feet until your filled. Then imagine it going counter clockwise back into the universe.

Practice this.
