You bring up a vallid point Soulheart. It might just be that there are too many that don't work to do it. I'm not sure. My suggestion is to study up on magic. and learn the limitations, rules, and everything along those lines. It will help you be able to pick out what works, and what doesn't.
actually there may be a way to make a minion but it would be very dangerous and would probably only work for a limited time anyway, but you would have to summon a spirit and have it take over the body of someone who just died so there's no resistance and that's if it can even control the dody its been give, then it would want to disobey and not want to work for you, the last thing is that eventually the body will reject the new soul like it would a new heart if it was not compatible all in all it would be very hard it would atract more spirits and would be a biger mess than it is worth.
the reason why the mods don't remove it is because they can't remove it. only the site administrator can, and he's too busy running the site. fluffly spells are last on his priorities list unless they pose a threat to someone.
while i would never cast his spell, theoretically it could work. you would be creating an energy being [not sure what the real title is] basically you can charge energy and create a being of energy which will look and act how you programmed it [because its your energy] once you stop feeding it energy, or wish to take the energy back, it will disperse.
depending on how good you are with energy work, it could be anywhere from one day, to a month [depending on how much energy you're feeding it] but this will not become a physical being. no spell can create a physical being from energy.
im not talking about summoning it all you would need is to summon a spirit to possess a bead body and trying to control the spirit afterwards. although what nekoshema said is also true.
