need talisman spell

I have a beautiful talisman, I would like to charge It with a spell to ease pain so I can carry it with me thru out the day while I'm working. I am in constant pain both from my back surgury when I broke my back and I also have fibromyalgia and severe degenerative arthritis. Needless to say, I've worked many spells for this, they help but after a while, they stop working. Nothing I have seems right for this talisman, so If anyone has something I could use, I would really appreciate it. Dangit! i still think there's a bad spelling spell on this site, I just spelled use, yous! lol.
