Energy stream.

Lets say i'm going a really big spell that
needs a constint stream of energy, if my energy
runs out could someone transfer their energy into
me to complet the spell?

if it requires a lot of energy, you could try casting the spell for a couple nights straight to build up the energy needed. if you have a friend who is also a witch, or is good with energy work, the both of you could cast the spell and you'd both pool your energy into the spell.

someone giving you an extra bit of energy, it can be done, but it's more common to have the second person cast along with you instead of standing on the sidelines waiting to give you some extra energy.

The trick is that you don't want to use your own energy to power a spell. That way will only end up with you feeling run-down or sick. Instead learn to connect to the energies all around you, of earth, and air, of sun and stars. Draw from those rather than yourself and you're not going to run out of energy.

Lark has a point, from the other posts you've done in the past Lordfire, do you charge with energy from the universe, or just cast a spell using the energy in your body?

Charge with the energy around us. Normally while meditating but there's other methods, feel/visualize positive energy entering your body. I usually feel it entering at my shoulders. I normally feel a little hyper, and my shoulders feel warm.
