Third eye

Recently I have been seeing things like im in the middle of my head. This is hard to explain but it actually feels like im in my head looking out. I thought this could be something to do with my third eye? Any suggestions?

you cant see the outside through your Third Eye, if you heard of your minds eye this is the third eye.
