This meditation will help you gain teh courage to Let Go and Move On(LGMO).

Helps with self esteem.

I know that many people I have met have had a love relationship and they knew for the best they needed to serate but at some times knowing and doing is very hard to put together.

I truely hope this meditation will help those who are needing to LGMO and hope this will help with the pain that may come.

It takes courage to seprate from someonewhich you love and once never wanted to leave. You may of love them once but that feeling is going away or is gone.

These things can lead to you feeling Anger, Hurt, Depression, Disappointment and many other feelings.

This meditation will help you release these to a positive effect with your higher self.

Do this meditation when th person you need or want to leave is not near you.

Sit in a meditation posture of your choice.

Watch your breath.

Try to calm your mind and body from the emotional distraught.

visualize teh person you are leaving in front of you.

tell them why you were attracted to them

What you admire

recall three wonderfl things youdid with this person

And thank them for the time you both shared.

Do not discuss your anger or express any ngativity ....

Instead generate the desure for them to be happy in the future.

Tell them it will be hard fo you to move on but it is for the best.

Imagine the person agreeing with you.

If you feel like crying cry.

Nurture yourself with you own love and care end your meditation by watching you breath
