As i am a new witch in training, i dont know what to do, go into white magic, black magick wicca, herbology, dragon lore or a combimation of a couple of ideas. I dont know what to do. Can someone give me a slight nudge in a certain path? I would be very grateful for your guidance.

I would start by reading into all the subjects that you might want to study. The more you know about the subjects, the easier the choice will be, on what to study.

I would also start meditating if I were you, It will aslo help with the desicion on what to study.

Think about what interests you. You aren't required to do just one category of magic. And like Minervajane said, do some research and meditate

i've practiced for almost 10 years, in that time, i've dabbled in a number of fields, combining things into my own path. like mentioned above, think about what interests you and research it.

wicca a guide for the solitary practitioner by Scott Cunningham might be what you need. some beginners guide to teach you the basics, but since you're unsure of joining Wicca, this might be the best book for you. i know it says Wicca in the title, but Scott tends to write from a 'do what you want' way, Wicca does have a few rule/guidelines, but Scott speaks more from a 'each path is personal' point of view. the book teaches the basics, but won't go into 'black magic'. if after this book [or a similar beginners guide] you wish to study a different path, look into it.

you should work on meditation and energy work for starters, they're pretty important in magic. also, magic has no colour, i understand what you meant, but some people won't be forgiving to someone who says 'white magic' it comes down to 'positive' or 'negative' or you could just say a branch like 'healing' 'love' or 'curses'. blessed be ^_^
