I don't seem to succeed

Are you doing the fundementals of energy working? Do you understand how things work? I think that what you need is more of a paradigm shift and understanding of key concepts than doing something over and over and expecting different results when you don't change the formula (of understanding).

You could always try astral prjection guided meditation.

Also, astral projection is easier for some to learn than it is for others. Why not learn to view the astral realms through meditation or divination? The separation from the conscious state is often the biggest hurdle for most people.

I tried a guided meditation wow I never felt this relaxed, probably first time I cleared my mind in a while.

I will try it when I'm going to astral project in the night.

Just remember that it is gradual and takes time.

Have you done research on Astral projection? Have you looked into multiple techniques? Have you tried other techniques?

Music can help you. Binaural beats can help. Make sure where you are in a quite room with no distractions.

It's completly dark in my room when I try to astral project.
There is no light coming into to my room.
I tried a lot of techniques. And I'm pretty sure that I would not try to astral project without doing a research for 2 years.

I've been trying astral projection guided meditation. To be honest I never came this far that I have with the guided meditation.

Tonight I'm gonna try again but this time I won't be inside the blanket.
