Greetings! I am new to Neo-Egyptian Paganism(Kemetics and such). I'm interested in particular about learning about Bast/Bastet and what kind of offerings she would like and how to build an altar for her. Me and a friend are going to go to a local mystic shop to help me find the items I need but do any of you guys have recommendations? Feel free to reply or message me. I have had experiences with her before and I feel a strong connection with her as a protector. I would appreciate any and all advice.

I do not worship him, but I take a liking to the egyptian god Sobek, representing an odd mix of respect and fear.

One of the Oldest and most complex
Religious systems in the world
The book of the dead is said to be the oldest book ever found on record so it's a great path to study for so many reasons
Keys to the universe are locked in this study just like it Is in the kyballion that book was a 're working of Egyptian theory.

Hadit and Nuit are not Egyptian gods/deities, they are Thelema concepts. Bit of a huge difference.

The best description for them I have come across for them is Egyptoid, their origins lie in Ancient Egyptian religion: Nut and Hor Behedety, but the way they are portrayed in Thelema is most certainly different in many (I would say most) respects than how they would be revered in Ancient Egypt.

Lilith is a Hebrew concept. She does not belong in a discussion on Egypt. Inanna is also not Egyptian. Ishtar is not either; Anat and Astarte are the closest approximations of these Goddesses in ancient Egypt and They are known as foreign Goddesses.
