Well I don't follow the Egyptian pantheon so I can't comment too directly however I can try to recommend some sources. Sinply googling the terms "Egyptian pantheon", "Egyptian gods", etc (words such as deities or religion are also good starting points). Wikipedia makes a good starting point but try to ensure your reading moves beyond that or at the very least double check it with a more reliable source.

Other than the internet I suggest looking for Egyptology books or going to visit a museum near you with an Egyptian exhibit. I don't know where you live and it's probably America but the British museum has a very impressive collection and a good support staff of Egyptologists that would be happy to answer your questions. If the museum's not an option then you might consider searching for professionals in that field at museums or universities and emailing them, not all will reply but if you show interest with a specific question (and do be both polite and specific as these people are very busy) then at least a few will try to help provide the information you need.

After you've found out some knowledge about the Egyptian pantheon meditate on it. You may feel closer to particular deities and wish to pursue those branches more, you may also find areas that you do not wish to pursue and areas of other faiths you want to bolt on. There's no shame in that, faith is a personal thing and in my mind the only correct answer is your own.

do you have any idea how many Egyptian gods there are, or how intertwined their mythology is? we'd be here a while. i've studied Ancient Egypt for nearly 20 years and i'm still finding new stuff about it. you can google it, but get a book. try to find one specifically about the religion. there's a book i found in high school all about Egyptian mythology, there's quite a few different stories about the same effect. take the creation myth for instance. the book had 3 different tales. skip ahead, the tale of Osiris, there was 2, while both contained similar elements, they were different, and i had heard a third version not mentioned in the book. you know about Anubis, go to his wikipedia page, i'm certain you'll find a link to another god. read about them, and then you'll find a link to another one, and another and another and so on. start small and slowly chip away at it, trust me, there's a lot to learn.

is there a library where you live? go there and check out a few books on Egypt, i'm sure there's one or two.

I also worship Osiris. I could tell you a lot about him, but not much about other Egyptian Gods/Goddesses.
He is God of the Underworld, because he was killed by his brother Set or Seth (God of chaos) and brought back to life by his wife Isis (Egyption Goddess of witchcraft.) Thus, he is related to eternal life. So either his skin is depicted as green (like a mummy's) or he appears eternally healthy and beautiful, like he does to me.
Osiris and Set are like opposites. Set is darkness and chaos; Osiris is balance and order. Osiris established society and has strict rules and regulations. He also hads a very strict moral code. He despises extreme anger and violence. Still, Osiris's power commands respect. I can't help but be a follower. His symbol is the ankh, which represents eternal life.

Nekoshema is right on! There are so many "ancient" Egyptian "Gods" that trying to study them all could make your head spin! There were Gods for every known event, and every known animal, bird, reptile. Gods of the Nile,God of the crocodile,Hippo,Horses. In every Dynasty right up until the 18th,when Ahkenaten condemned the whole lot of them in favour of one God,the Sun. But even he was "deposed", and all the old Gods came back again.
As Nekoshema says, there are hundreds of them! And different stories and myths about them all!
