The only way you can loose weight is through healthy diet and exercise especially if you want fast results .Tell her to not look for short cut ,but start working out .Once you got on the stationary bike you realize how much work it takes to burn out bar of chocholat or few cookies .Spells and mental work ,hypnotherapy or suggestion should be used only with conjunction with physical work and healthy food .

Spells are used when in need, mostly needed, when there is no other option. There is many options in weight loosing. She can go to Gym, do regular exercises, Jogging, dieting, fasting, yoga etc. When there is weight in your body, laziness is heightenend. Tell her how to reduce weight by working hard.

how much weight in a week? any diet which gives noticeable results in a week is probably not a healthy one.
magic won't take the weight away over night [sucks but it's true] a weight loss spell acts more as a motivator, she'll need to hit the gym and change her eating habits, but the spell will help with success. cast it during the waning moon [since you're sending things away] one of the first spells i ever got was a weight loss spell, while it doesn't make you instantly loose weight, it sort of prevents you from eating unhealthy food. meaning if you sit down and start eating a whole bag of chips, you'll get a headache. take that what you will, it just means you'll have a harder time eating fast food while dieting. it wears off after a month though.

Indeed, no phsical changes can be achieved by spell work. Magic isn't a mircale or a physically expressed quick change.
It is true that the spell cannot change the DNA which affects the physical appearance. However, it can motivate you to work hard and achieve your own weight loss by your own self. However, again, this is not a quick fix or something like that. Spells are not miracles at all, same about weight loss spells. If you cast one, it can motivate you to work hard and thus achieve weight loss during a specific period of time by working out and achieving it by yourself, without any miracle or even something close to it.
Weight loss spells, mantras, chants and the like are all good self motivators for you to achieve your goal. They in themselves will notnot magically make you thinner overnight ( as i already told you) , but they may enable you to eat one less spoon of that pound cake that your mom made. They in themselves will not instantly transform you the next day (as many people in this community think and believe) to two dress sizes lower, but they may remind you to take an extra glass of water before the meal starts. They will not make you into the prince charming after a day, but they may add to your confidence. Weight loss spells, and others like that aren't shams in itself but perhaps a reminder that allows you to be the better person you can always become. These spells are self motivating guides, constant reminders that we tell ourselves to achieve what we want to happen. People might get disappointed and think that its not what they thought it was, weight loss spells may not be considered really as a weight loss method but it does have a great influence on how we think. And oftentimes, the effectiveness of any diet program will start and stem out from our motivation, our state of mind. Hope I made my point.

well, I am not sure if you can loose weight in a week, unless you have intense exercise and a diet or at least without eating junk food, soda pop and fatty foods, I would say he or she should exercise daily, have a diet and do this spell, write a pentagram on a piece of paper, then in each point of the star write refrigerator do not see me, and it should help cravings or hunger for food, or to loose belly fat. If the person is in college or high school I suggest going into the sport wrestling, it's very healthy as long as you eat write (but do stop eating) and do the exercises till the end of the wrestling practice. guys can join even girls can.
