Werewolves

Are there any shape shifting spells to turn into a wolf? I see that there is one to summon a wolf to protect your yourself and home but I bean my Guardian is a large wolf/panther how can I make him manifest so that I can touch him? I did once when I was 6 but I haven't since then. Could anyone tell me how to do that or take my rightful form as a wolf?
