Rapid Hair Growth Spell?

I have a question about the rapid hair growth spell, the only color of candle i have left is crimson, so, if i use a crimson color, will that mean that the natural hair color of all the targets hair will be crimson?

Depends on how much energy is released in the spell. If there's a lot of focused energy, the hair growing in may be crimson for a while, but it won't be permanent.
