i really want to get there but i fear that i cant do it.
idk if im even ready and before ido it i would want some personal opinions on it . if its easy and steps on mabey how to do it . how often i can do it and what its like on the astral plane?
everybody astral projects when going to sleep.. it is natural. ^_^ the hard task is to do it consciensly... when I start astral projecting.. and it is how I have felt since I started to do it consciencly is that I feel I am going up and down... or either I am shaking or just going down... O_O but the most fascinating one is when I try to move and I am not moving at all.. ^_^ since I am already of the body... well, how to do it.. hmm I am no good at explaining things but I guess meditation is quite good for it.. also try to stay conscience when your body falls at sleep... (your body will be paralyzed and you will not be able to move) and then I guess it will come natural.. *_* though you should read books about that subject or sites that can help with it.. but every body does it. About the astral planes... *_* well there is many levels and many places to go when the state there is no limit to where you can end up at. You can go to places you want to see... you can meet new people, this is mostly in the lower planes anyways... meeting entities and stuff.. though you can go higher ground and you will see more interesting stuff... ^_^ even meeting your guardian angel, or your totem animal.... I will say even to project to the past or future.

I think everyone can do it-- but, it's not easy, so most beginners can't. I usually block out a couple of hours in any available afternoon, but I used to do it every day. It's fun.
