Two things:
1. I really do not recommend a beginner to have more than one teacher in the same time. As you know, every person is different and special in his own way, same thing about witches or witchcraft teachers. As you know, witchcraft contains belief systems, thought, paths and different methods for many different subjects and areas of experience. Also, every magic practitioner have different experiences and knowledge. Do you know what that means? It means that you will get from every teacher different information about the same subject while you are still a beginner. Such thing will cause a lot of confusion, misunderstanding, misguidance and mixture of different subjects from different experiences, beliefs and points of view and understanding. Please choose someone you trust, or learn by yourself which is the best thing to do.

2. Basically, you do not need a teacher to develop you skills and gain some knowledge in the craft. You can teach yourself, practice and become more skillful. You just have to learn the basics of magic, and then you will see that it will become easier and understandable.

Although it is not really necessary, it can be helpful and recommended. Teachers will not spoon feed you, they will just lead you to the correct directions and will giveyou advices from personal experiences and knowledge.

"The teacher if he is indeed wise does not bid you to enter the house of wisdom but leads you to the threshold of your own mind". -Kahlil Gilbran

"You cannot teach a man anything. You can only help him discover it within himself". -Galileo Galilei

As I said, there is nothing you can't learn and practice by your own self, but if you really wish to have someone to lead you to the right direction you can have a mentor or a teacher.
You can find people who wish to mentor / teach in the advertisement forum, or in people's profiles. You can also find someone that you trust, who leaves close to you.
Please remember that you have to trust the person and be sure that he actually has knowledge and experience in the craft, because there will be people who'd lead you to the wrong directions and teach you wrong things. Just be careful and know what you're doing.

Luck and blessings!

I'm sorry. From personal experience you cannot "teach" here. You can guide someone but cannot teach. My friend. Books are faster then teachers here. I know some great free ebooks, if you are interested mail me. If your not willing to do research on your or take some time, then shame on you!
