Totem Animals

If any body could tell me how to find my totem animal ill really appreciate it.
Or if anybody already knows theirs as well that would be great.

the easiest way to find your animal totem is to meditate and imagine your body sinking into the earth until you reach a river.(ps i know this sounds weird but it works) after that imagine yourself at a gate you will see someone at the gate just tell them that your there to see your animal totem. after you walk in there should be a path of some kind follow it till you get to an alter and imagine your self sitting down relaxing. after a while you animal will come to you and then the animal you see will be your totem you can ask them questions to by the way. like why there your totem. oh yeah mine is a lion, and most of the animal are pretty general
