It doesnt matter to me either way. I know id die, thats the point of fighting, but itd be fun while it lasted.

Btw, if it doesnt happen am i to assume you magicians will die of old age? This isnt really the one cause your hoping to finally use your skills on is it? Knowing you guys even if it happen youd say something like its not our part to interfear with bla bla bla.

You don't have to assume anything, although you seem to already assume that everybody who's into the paranormal must be in it for a fight or they don't matter. Why is that, if you don't mind my asking?

Mm, thats just my own personal interest. To be as strong as possible is my dream i guess. I guess i gauge others usefulness on theyre strengths, woops. (call a psychiatrist)

Sorry if i left out the ones that are into this stuff for knowledge or pure enjoyment of mythical creatures or things. But, i wouldnt peg someone like that for a live or die fight anyway. Not that they wouldnt have the skills, but that theyd have more respect for life. (i was generally talking about those who despite theyre maturity on the matter are obviously confident of the thrown theyve built for themselves but for what? What are all your motives anyway?)

Ah, I was just curious because I thought you'd be coming from the same place-- believers in the 2012 magickal war, not to offend, just something I've noticed... seem very focused the battles, strategies, training, gaining strength and power... but seem much less interested in explaining the politics -- that's why I can't believe it, but am interested in the motives of people who do (since if there's no convincing cause-- I hope a prophecy isn't a cause --why be so sure? The matter's going a little too far for a "just in case".)

That said, I think shadowmaster you have Ragnarok confused with another apocalyptic prophecy... or, maybe have a connection with the Norse pantheon that clears up the PR misconceptions? Because in the version I've read, the point of Ragnarok is to get rid of all the gods -- while two humans survive.

Oh, strong language warning-- but this is fun:

... the "return of Pahana" apocalypse on page 3 is my favorite.

Yeah, same here. I'm not saying this is the same thing or that the 2012 thing is real but, there will be a war. Whether it is between humans and some other race is unsure. It may be between humans and humans. The prophecy I believe in was told by a group of Native American elders from various tribes. In my opinion, I don't see why these elders would lie. They say a third gourd of fire will drop. If you have read the thread I created a while back labeled "Duty", then you know what I'm talking about. This gourd is a representation of a nuclear bomb or missle. The previous gourds were from WWI and WWII. These wars are when atom bombs were discovered and used. Well, that's my spill. lol
