So I've been on a mission to find ancestors in the family, but the problem is no one wants to talk? And with sites these days they charge you an arm and leg to find your own family. My family's origins date back to scottland, Germany, and Ireland and I'm also Cherokee and Blackfoot Indian. I dint really know much if the scotts or German side practiced but it'd be a big help if someone can get me on the right track
If you can figure out at least what towns or counties they are from, you should be able to get in touch with the records departments. Their used to be a Moron site that was around ages ago that helped me at least narrow down the areas my family was from.
Good luck!
i don't know why are you looking for your ancestors as every one is born with its guardian and higher self angels are always ready to help you just need to invite them and lost of spirits guides around you just open your eyes and look around there are many waiting to help you or at least find you power animal or animal totem what ever you call them they will always help you
True I know ancestry.com sort of helps but I'm on a roll now,
And to the other person who commented I want to know because I want to know how much of the bloodline I hav in me, 2 of my aunts practiced 1 still does every now and then, and so far it only seems to be females in the family who practice, primarly healing which is what I'm good at.
Well sence the only one's who practice are female find out what side of your family there on (ex: your mom's side or your dad's side). and if they are on the same side go through there family tree and see if any of the relatives practiced. if so find the origens of that side of the family. i hope this helps and good luck
Oh most defiantly 100% positive on my moms side of the family, it's alot of natives, and pordominatly German. Just not sure if germans were wiccans? But thanks:)
my cousin did my mother's family history and I found out that my great grandmother was from Germany and I also have relatives in Canada. I guess the Indian (Cherokee) cam from my father
