better Moderators and more friendly Moderators and don't say all them are friendly as that would be a big fat lie

you're right Basin, this was the wrong place for this. it goes in advertisements.

i think i said it already, but if you could somehow get a disclamour or banner or whatever to come up on spells that have been marked as spam to warn people it's been marked and will be looked into. it would not only prevent the same spell from being flagged, but might also help prevent people from casting it. [or make them think twice]

I agree with .Riordan and the site should have a clock for GMT.

I was just thinking about doing some updates and work for my coven regarding coven applications and receiving mailed in applications and what not when it occurred to me that coven management and leadership other than the title has been fairly informal manual work. So I was thinking that perhaps for future updates to SoM that improvements can be made specifically regarding covens and coven management. One idea that I specifically had in mind was that there be a formal coven application, instead of having application questions listed on the coven page and asking prospective applicants to mail in their application, there should rather be a standard form that can be edited in the coven admin and editing section. Not only would it be more graphically and strategically appealing but it would be easier for coven's to be managed by their leaders.

In addition I was pondering several other possible features that I myself would find very useful and convenient for managing and maintaining our covens; one being that coven forums can be more easily managed with the option of being able to assign forum categories, like that of the main public forum. Secondly the option to make certain threads or forum categories accessible to coven leaders and their council respectively for coven related management, issues, discipline, and likewise other beneficial uses. Another Idea I propose would also be for each coven to have their own FAQ page which would be unique to each coven respective of their beliefs, practices, style of leadership and management etc.

One last thing I thought I would mention, is that I would like to see coven spell and ritual books be more manageable and organized as well. I am also not sure if it is a glitch but spells and rituals in the coven books aren't allowing Coven leaders or council to delete certain spells or rituals, and ones that we post won't edit even after we click save changes. I know my ideas are fanciful and lavendishly wishful, but nonetheless I express my input and thoughts.

Thanks,

Ot.

I would like to see a seperate window for people to chat privately as I do not wish to watch two people try and constantly flirt with one another. It takes away from the experience ov a "magickal" discussion site.
Thank you for the consideration Petrarca.

Nefe, there is a pm system for that. /pm name message It is a thing were you can chat with someone without anyone else knowing unless you mess up and there is a mail tap on every profile.

I do not know if this is suggested, but I would be grateful if covens could have a image gallery to help visual learners and more which can go under the coven spellbook. Thank you =)

Here is a good idea.

How about an 18+ area of chatting, and forums.

I'd like the spells that are submitted to the site to have to be approved. This would cut down on a lot of the fluff affiliated spells.

I am just wondering how the two post above could work. I mean people can easily change their age on the site and imagine the number a spells to be approved in Spell Casters as it has no leaders.
