This is something I like to do just for a little bit of fun and insightfulness. Everyone is more than welcome to jump in, add something, discuss posts. For this thread its all about interesting bits you can come across in study. Things you think are interesting, funny, or worth a look. Dont forget to add in where you found it ;)

Enjoy

(this first one was what inspired a thread like this lol)

I was reading up on random demonology related things a while back and came across "The shameful Kiss" Or the "infamous kiss" It made me laugh so hard. I researched it online a bit and laughed some more. Enjoy lol

"The Osculum infame (infamous kiss) comes to us from medieval witchcraft lore. According to some of the more fanciful accounts of witches, the "infamous kiss" was the ritual greeting given to the devil by his disciples. Specifically, the kiss was applied to the buttocks or anus of the devil, sometimes while he appeared in the form of a cat or a goat.

Accounts of the kiss are also found in depositions from the trials of the Templars, and in the accusations leveled at the Cathar heretics. "

Lol Yeah I wouldnt ever kiss up in that manner haha. Solitary work it would have been for me haha. When I first read that I was laughing because it sounded like something a modern fluff might do.
