Confused about my element

I would say fire but do you feel energy coming up through
your feet to your hands

My energy comes out of my hands i dont feel anything from my feet even if my jus sleeping at night my hands start to twitch,its like the psi ball does itself automaticaly

Your element is the energy you are most in tune with, so to speak. You can have more than one, but it is generally accepted as the energies you are most in tune withl. We all have connections to all of the elements, but for example, I'm most in tune with water. I still have those connections to the other elements, obviously.

So why is my body doing psi balls by itself?

Yeah when im relaxed my hands start forming energy or some times when im just starring at them the twitching feeling starts

My hand automatically makes psi balls to! i thought it only happend to me ._.

Oh well theres i guess theres nothing wrong with me so how can i throw my psi ball?
