Bindings, in order to stay strong need to be fed energy, and I highly doubt any busy practitioner would follow around a baby to keep it bound.
Its very likely that it could be broken with a simple visualization.

Power is not something you are born with in my opinion, it is something you must acheive on your own.

Any notion that the power within him will kill him is absurd, and seems the product of entirely too much anime and roleplaying. What do you actually base this on?

i totaly agree with awake all of the "death because of power" is absolute rubbish, if you are truly binded you will need a witch who can channel enough energy to brake it, and on top of that ill like to counter the point the person made stating the bind must be fed energy. That may be true for some cases but a bind can be casted with out needing maintenance like that, thus a permanent spell

wha if the the binding was to keep his root chakara intact because for some unknown resaon he was born with a severely damaged root chakara meaning all the energy inside of could fatal loss of energy but this is just a theory and I don't very well like bieng called roleplayer ofr L.A.R.P. fool who believes everything he sees on tv and in games

Well, frankly you are jumping to rather intensely wild scenarios. If you were actually born with some major flaw then there would have been immediate illness and damage. Bindings are generally not worked in the hospital ward.

For that matter, the soul and it's ability to process the flow of energy (chakras) is intensely resilient. Permanent "damage," is usually psychological more than any actual flaw.

That's fair. I come off as harsh, but my intent is only to encourage you to back off from these "worse case scenarios." Generally when initially exploring magic it can all seem quite life or death. There is a sense that everything is truly epic, and that the "power" we all possess is fantastic and capable of overturning the universe. This is only marginally true. While we are capable of making change, everything we do is still within the rules of the universe. Cause and effect and so forth. Magic, while in many ways being intensely mysterious and unexplored, is at the same time following the same path as science. Science has uncovered many of the things our ancestors thought to be "magic" or the act of the gods, and what we practice is merely an unexplained facet of those same physics.

You do well to error on the side of caution. If you don't know, it's almost always better to leave it alone or find someone else who does know.
