Does anyone know a good spell for healing? There has been a lot of emotional ups and downs lately causing me a lot of anger and resentment..I was hoping someone knows of a spell to help me rid all of this. Thank you.

Try this.

Lay down on the floor and place a rose quartz crystal on your forehead. Take several deep breaths as to calm yourself. Then reach up and slowly slide the stone down the middle of your body, from your brow chakra to your root chakra. All the while, visualize a sort of pink paste being left as a trail where the crystal was slid across, melting into your body. I found it also helps to hum softly a single note while doing this.

Put some neosporin on the wound then put a bandage over it. A perfect healing spell!

Try meditating and maybe if it is warm where you are try swimming. That always makes me feel better but any kind of exercise will do. Exercise, according to someone I know releases indorfins (I`m not sure how it's spelled) and makes your brain happy. It also burns off stress, so you should also try that and if your ups and downs are because of a specific person try and work it out. Although, I know sometimes it is impossible to work things out because of one reason or another but, if your feeling really bad do something that makes you happy or see a doctor if it's really bad.
