thxs FalseBound, an easy read for me ..OBE this happened to me awhile back i would, build personal power within, visualize my need(what i wanted to occur) and than send that energy through my hands into the candle as beams of yellow light and meditate and do simple candle spells i would meditate for like an hour when i would do a spell.. that happened to me on one occassion and i couldnt explain what it was and i will never forget it... it took me by surprise and it was amazing..
ive had many when dreaming at night as well.. i want to continue to learn and practice...
