Dream

After reading a few threads I went to check my laundry and it brought to mind a dream I had not too long ago. It's not really future-like or anything, but it disturbed me. In the dream, I was walking to my laundry room (it's a small room with fold out doors) in the dark. I opened the door and looked to my left and there was a hazy figure (I don't know if it was human or not, it was more like just a misty area). I stared for a moment and then there was a bright flash and it hit me in the chest. As soon as it hit me I fell to the ground and began to shake from intense cold and pain. At the end of the dream my parents took me out of the room and laid me down and I was better. What spooked me though, was that when I woke up, I could feel a tiny trace of the pain, like it happened but not nearl as intense. Anyone have any ideas what it could have been or meant?
