my element is fire, but since u dont always control ur element...i would like to experiment my powers! i have a problem knowing how to. im not sure how my energy can move the fires motion? comment advice plse thnk u :)

meditate with a candle and see what it tells you, then skim the net for some things that you might be able to do.
the thing with kinesis is that you have to feel the element...become one with it (MUCH TO much used phrase but it's true) feel the flame like it's a part of your body. Meditate on it and bend it with your mind and as a part of you
