Wingmakers is a terrible site because they copy all of their work from other people. It has a hugely sad reputation, and a fluffy one at that. I wouldn't recommend going there.

though they copied there work, the exercise i recommended on there does work. I did not say use the whole site, I just recommended this one part. This is the way I learned it and its proven effective.
