i can but only to me i can sense when im in danger not everybody else so i wanna know

I sense danger which is happening to me, sometimes (and randomly).
and sometimes I can feel what people near me think. (If they think something about me.) and then I can feel where some of my closest friends are in that second (almost everytime I want to.)

so, I'd like to learn those 2 skills.
