Help

Every time I pack myself with energy my hands start to shake and then it just wont stop. Is this magic related or not magically related. Please tell me why this is happening.

It is the way the body reacts to excess energy, when i work with angels and demons and there is more than 5 present at a time my body also reacts in the same manner, not out of fear or anxiousness, it is just so much energy that it feeds the body and soul on some subconcious level.

Kao is on the right track about too much energy. When it happens you need to drain some of the energy out of your body. Try charging some stones with the energy or put it back into the earth. As you gain more practice with magic your body will be able to withstand more energy. Just increase the amount of energy you take in slowly. Each time drawing just a little more.
